If you've never stood in a lavender field and inhaled  deeply about 10 times, go find one and do it. It just might be better then a weeks worth of yoga in those stretchy pants. It's also going to make you want to a) move to France immediately b) ditch your current life plans to grow lavender and/or c) buy a whole bunch of their delicious lavender items in the hope that you can take some of the zen smell-ness home with you.
I choose this fine Tuesday to go to Steed and Company because I had recently heard about it, happened to be in London and had a friend who's not had the bestest week and clearly needed to go stand in a field of lavender with me. We chased butterflies too.

Not only was the farm beautiful, the house adorable, the drive very pretty and the soap we bought delicious smelling but it reminded me that what we do in life doesn't have to be expected or of the normal. You want a lavender farm? You go find yourself a way to buy one. Now, if it were me I'd have a raging online sales site and find a good excuse to "research" in Provence every year or so.

I recommend their lavender infused honey and the soap. Pick whichever one you want to eat the most. Then don't eat it. Or let your dog try and eat it.

Steed and Co is located in Sparta, Ontario about 45mins south of London, Ontario.
